3月11日の震災の影響で、今まで使っていた製品ではなく、
代わりの製品で対応しているものがいくつかあります。
【代用しているもの】
・姫鯛→金目鯛
・サワラ→今までとは違うメーカーさんのサワラ
・豆腐、油揚げ→今までとは違うメーカーさんの豆腐、油揚げ

震災当初よりは落ち着いてきていますが、
今後も状況を見ながら、対応を続けていきたいと思います。
